ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When we click the chat icon, the collaboration screen shows as loading but doesn't work
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Collaboration module should be available and functional
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click to open Collaboration on any environment
2. Collaboration does not open, keeps on loading only
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use OFS Collaboration module
