Error: "ABC.pdf: File Size Exceeds Limit." Received While Attempting to Upload Any File When the 'Size Limit Per File In MB' is Set in Giga Bytes (GB) (Doc ID 3028404.1)

Symptoms

Unable to upload files of any size when the 'Size Limit Per File In MB:' is set with a value in Giga Bytes (GB). The system displays the alert message as described below -


Alert! "ABC.pdf: File size exceeds limit."


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to the Unifier.
  2. Open the Company Workspace > Security tab > Ensure that the "Size Limit per File in MB" field is set to a large value e.g. 100000 MB (i.e. 100 GB).
  3. Navigate to Project_123 >  Sample_Business Process > Open a new record, and enter data for the required fields.
  4. Click Attachments > Attempt to upload a file of size less than 100 GB. e.g. 2GB. Observe the alert message as displayed above.
