Symptoms

When attempting to Period end Validation for PAC costing,the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
User unable to close period May-24 because 99 pending transactions Inventory to Costing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Cost Processing -> Manage Cost accounting Periods

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close month end period may-2024.
