ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Attempting to add an .xml file to a Folder, once the file is selected, the dialog displays showing the file name but the progress isn't indicated and the file never uploads.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
An upload progress counter is expected, but it is not displayed, just the file name and the upload never completes.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. When attempting to add a file to a folder notice a pop-up bottom right of the browser window
2. Expect to see an upload progress counter, but this is not displayed
3. Only notice the file name and the upload never completes.
