Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unifier experiences slow performance when opening Business Process records or when sending a record through the workflow.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For it to be a quick action when opening a Business Process record or going through the workflow of a new record.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the impacted environment.
  2. Open the impacted Business Process record.
  3. Observe it takes very long to load the record.
