Xorder Integration Failures - Orders Not Being Put Into W Status When Updated - Error "[E] The OTB EOW date cannot be before today." (Doc ID 3028732.1)

Symptoms

When sending XOrderMod message without new NOT_AFTER_DATE to change an order status from Approved to Worksheet, it fails with an error message.
The status change from A to W is working fine for the same order in the GUI.

 

Steps to Reproduce

1. send a payload with order_no and status 'W' with publishXOrderModifyUsingXOrderDesc API


Actual Behavior

There is an error in the rib.log "[E] The OTB EOW date cannot be before today."


Expected Behavior

The status should be changed without any error.
