Symptoms
Using Oracle Digital Customer Service, when clicked on "Ask Us a Question," and typing the keyword of the article a blank page appears.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access DCS portal page.
2. Ask a question in the 'Ask us a question' field.
3. No search results are found.
