Goal

When running Manage Users / Purge Users marked for deletion, the task fails and log shows:

<E 2024-06-13T14:19:41.111Z r:D op:Batch> usermgr failed with error code 1. WorkbookLockException: WorkbookLockException: 'My Workbook' is currently opened and locked by user '****'.
