Goal

Question:
    
Is there a way for the external career site to validate email addresses for uniqueness?

Currently, candidates are able to utilize the plus character (+) in their email address which allows multiple accounts to be created. 

This is possible by adding a + before the at @ symbol in an email address. For example, candidate@emailaddress.com and candidate+123@emailaddress.com point to the same inbox, but result in two different candidate accounts in the system.
