OCI Secure Desktops: Event ID 41 When Using the Desktop Pool Start/stop Functionality (Doc ID 3029125.1)

Symptoms

When shutting off the VDI pool using the automatic start/stop functionality in Secure Desktops, the Windows machines produce an Event41 for an unclean shutdown.

The issue is consistent, every time they use the start/stop it is producing the Event41.
