PROBLEM STATEMENT
Unable to approve time cards as an admin when there is a future termination or assignment change.
Time cards in the past relative to the assignment change date and are in Submitted status cannot be approved. The time card has absences or compensatory hours. 

WHAT IS WORKING
Reversing the termination allows the time card to be approved. 


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Future terminate or complete an assignment change
2) Time cards with absences/compensatory hours before the termination date or assignment change date cannot be approved by an admin.
