Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Service Contract

Customer was facing an issue where DFFs ( Descriptive FlexFields) were updateable on contracts in Active status

ERROR

Attribute set for <DFF> en entity... failed.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Active Contract
2. Modify DFF on header level
3. Cannot modify due to error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update DFF on header level.
