ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Contract Approval History is shown completed
When customer clicks submit the approvers appear in the right way and when they click submit again the approval history seems as completed and the status remains at pending approval.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Contracts should wait for all approvers to approve without changing the history to completed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit the contract
2. History appears as completed
