In EICS, When attempting to ship an Approved RTV using rtvshipments Rest Web Service, it is returning the following error:

Steps To Reproduce:
1 - Create a RTV and approved it
2 - Try to ship this RTV using the Rest Web Service rtvshipments
3 - Check the error
