Goal

Trying to load the product hierarchy into RPAS IPO,  the file itself coming from MFCS v19 and loading into RAP via the usual processes.
W_PDS_PRODUCT_D is populated with 460,151 rows.
The log file says: No. of records processed: 458019 but fails with
