We have a requirement to send email notification to planning applicant when hearing is scheduled or gets re-scheduled. In the email body the meeting location variable is not present to add it in email body. Can you help us in exposing in meeting location variable or let us know the alternate approaches to it.

This are the email communication event types for Hearing Scheduled and Hearing Rescheduled :
Communication Event: PZ-HRGS-SCHD-FINAL
Communication Template: Hearing_Scheduled

Communication Event: PZ-HRGS-SCHD-RESCHEDULE
Communication Template : Hearing_Rescheduled
