Goal

There is a requirement from client that they want a functionality in MFCS that would work in the following way:
Users want to create a location list in MFCS by uploading a spreadsheet of a set of locations.

Business rationale: The client requires the capability to create a location list in MFCS by uploading a set of locations which is not an Out of Box functionality of MFCS.
