Symptoms

Calculation Card LOV for Ohio School District does not have expected school district value.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Calculation Card for employee.
2. Expand regional card details for City.
3. Edit city card component and click on LOV for School District but expected value is not seen.
