Symptoms
When the Guided Buying feature is enabled, users cannot search by Supplier Part Number, which is on a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), when creating a Purchase Requisition (PR).

No results found.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Item is active on a BPA
2. Can search for the item with PIM item number
3. But cannot search for the item using the Supplier Part Number mentioned on the BPA line
4. Guided Buying Feature is enabled, yet search displays no results found
