Unable to View Categories in Manage Categories for HR Help Desk Requests
Following 24B, When we go to 'Manage Categories for HR Helpdesk Requests', no categories are displayed except a few inactive ones. However, if we try to log an HRHD request, the categories do display in the drop-down.
