SOHdrMod Integrating To SIOCS But Not Modifying Any Data (Doc ID 3029941.1)

Goal

SOHdrMod triggered from RMS is reaching SIOCS staged message and processing without any errors, but it is not modifying any existing data.

Tried to modify the status to cancel and modify not_after_date in TSF table in SIOCS but its not changing and when SOCre integrates to SIOCS its status is approved every time is that the issue?
