Symptoms

The approved cost changes for a consignment item are extracted in the Merch nightly but the new cost is not reflecting in the ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY.UNIT_COST.

Steps to Reproduce:

Cost change created using a payload

Cost changes:
29752
29753

And the unit cost needs to be changed to the following:

29752 - Unit cost change from 1807.14 to 1810
29753 - Unit cost change from 1807.14 to 1905.1085
