Subscription Amendments Are Not Interfaced To RMCS (Doc ID 3030016.1)

On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Integration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Subscription Amendments on Subscriptions not interfaced to RMCS

Where users amend a subscription created from Order Management, this amends as expected in Subscription management i.e. it cancels the original line at the amendment effective date and creates a new line with that as the start date.

However, on interface into revenue management the new line is not getting interfaced and it looks like it is getting rejected from VRM tables.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users expect line that was amended to interface with Revenue Management without being rejected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Subscription via Order Management
2. Amend line of Subscription within OSS
3. Interface Subscription with Revenue Management
4. Observe that amended line is not interfaced
