OCI Logging Analytics Service : Agent Based Log Collections Fails - No valid logon method found (Doc ID 3030019.1)

Symptoms

Database Instance was added as a Resource in Logging Analytics. Trying to associate a Source fails to push the Log Collections with Agent Warning Collections.

Following error is reported in the mgmt_agent_logan.log file:
