Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When accessing helpdesk from a mobile phone the user can only access HelpDesk >> My Help one time.
If they perform other actions or navigate to other screens the HelpDesk >> My Help page will not open unless the user clears cache.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the user will be able to navigate to the screen successfully
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Helpdesk from a mobile phone.
2. Use the Navigator to go to my HelpDesk >> My Help.
3. Click on either the (+) or the Create Service Request and then fill in and Save the Service Request.
4. Navigate to the Home page.
5. Navigate to the HelpDesk >> My Help. The page will not open.
6. Clear cache an history.
7. The 'My Help' page will now open
