Symptoms

When use offset like follows , REST API cashBankBranches returns same bank branch info:
https://XXXXX.ocs.oraclecloud.com/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/cashBankBranches?limit=1&onlyData=true&offset=16446
https://XXXXX.ocs.oraclecloud.com/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/cashBankBranches?limit=1&onlyData=true&offset=16988
