Fusion Global HR: Application Error During Local and Global Transfer Performed With a Future Date When Selecting a Manager That Also Has a Future Dated Assignment (Doc ID 3030374.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform Local and Global Transfer transaction, the following error occurs:

ERROR

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 15, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_as4_01, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups
2. Local and Global Transfer quick action
3. Search for the employee
4. Select a future date as Effective Date
5. At 'Maintain Managers' section select a Line Manager who had a Global Transfer performed on same future date

The error message is showing when a Global Transfer was performed with a future date for a Line Manager, and then a Global Transfer is performed for a direct report with the same future date; while selecting the details of the newly transferred Line Manager the error message is occurring.
