PO Not After Date is Defaulted to VDATE Instead of Not Before Date

Symptoms
If you upload an order via induction with only the Not Before Date entered and set to a future date, you receive an error message upon upload :
"The Not Before Date must be earlier than, or equal to, the Not After Date."
This is despite only the Not Before Date having been entered. They believe that the NAD (Not After Date) should default to the NBD but it appears to default to the VDATE instead.
