Goal

Why RMA Receipt Is Enabled For An Inactive Inventory Organization?

The User was allowed to create RMA Receipt for an Inactive Organization under Navigation Path:
Supply Chain Execution > Inventory Management > Receive Expected Shipments.

No transactions should be allowed.
