OAC: DV Content Management Page Doesn't Display All The Records (Doc ID 3030616.1)

Symptoms

While accessing: OAC> DV> Console > Content page
If we scroll down to the bottom, we can't be able to see the oldest record available.
Same as if we reverse the sort order from old to new, we can't see the newest record available.
