Symptoms

On : Oracle Retail Order Administration Cloud Service (OACS) version 24.1.201.0

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
IJCT Pick_Out job is not generating CWPickOut messages.
PickGen trigger record type "PCH" should generate CWPickOut messages in queue 'PICK_OUT_OUT'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to WOIT select PCH record for Pick.
2. Use Option Reset
3. PCH record will go to status R and in a few seconds update to X

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Warehouse is not receiving shipment requests.
IJCT Pick_Out generating message CWPickOut
