On : 24.0 version, Integration
In EICS, When an allocation is created and cancelled from MFCS, the cancelled message are flowing but the created message is not flowing due to which below error in MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE
Error message:
Caused by: oracle.retail.sim.common.core.SimServerException: No allocations to complete.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Create an allocation from MFCS through custom upload, validate in alloc_header and alloc_detail
2. Close the allocation immediately
3. Validate the details in SIOCS - MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE
