Customer doesn't use Return Authorizations. In Modern View when you hit the 'Return Option' you get the option to create a "Return Authorization" or a "Ship To Return".

Customer would like a security permission to be added to OMS to limit the ability for users to create a "Return Authorization" but still create a "Ship To Return".
