Order revision record is not created when changing dates on PO

ERROR
-----------------------
Order revision record is not created when user changes the status of PO from Approved to Worksheet status, change the dates on PO and re-approve the PO.
The ordrev batch was executed successfully but no revision record was created in table ORDHEAD_REV.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1. Create a PO in approved status.
2. Revert the PO to worksheet status to update the not before and not after date on PO, without changing any other date on PO. Re-approve the PO.
3. Run the ordrev batch.
4. No new revision record is created for the PO in ORDHEAD_REV.

Due to this issue no record will be created in ORDHEAD_REV table.
