Symptoms

When attempting to Create a Development Goal from Goal library
the following error occurs for the Target Date field

ERROR

0NaN-NaN-NaNTNaN:NaN:NaN
Please provide valid ISO 8601 string.

Provide the value in date format YYYY-MM-DD for the Target completion date


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
It is on Redwood UI.
Navigation is : Me --> Career Development --> Goal Center --> Development Goals --> Copy Library goal --> Submit
