Goal

1. Describe how the current product functionality is insufficient : 'Out of stock items exist for the container. Do you want to continue?' error pops up for every container while receiving Transfers. User is finding it difficult to continue receiving the containers for multiple cartons, since pop msg intervenes for every container.

2. Provide a detailed description of the Enhancement Request
We need role level permission to disable the reported pop up message. So that such permission can be disabled at store level.

3. Describe how this Enhancement will benefit your business: Store users can continue scanning without any intervention, since it is usual/normal to receive multiple cartons (+1000 items per carton) in each delivery, everyday.
