When manager navigates to employees Skills and Qualifications Page,
 the following error shows


ERROR:  An unexpected error occurred


STEPS:
1. Quick Action: My Team > QUICK ACTIONS > Show More > Career and Performance > Skills and Qualifications > Select a worker
2. Error is given
