Symptoms
When a Guided Journey is linked to the Non-Catalog Learning page, it is not displaying the journey information properly.
In the example provided below, the Guided Journey Message cannot be seen on the screen because it's showing with a white font against a cream background, making the writing imperceptible.
- A Guided Learning Journey has been created from:My Client Groups/Show More (quick action)/Checklist Templates
- The Guided Learning Journey has been configured to display on the "Request Learning" (non-catalog learning page) in Visual Builder Studio (VBS) by entering the Journey Code in the "journeyCode" section of the Page Properties.
- The learner goes to Me/Learning/Actions/Request Non-Catalog Learning.
- When the Guided Learning Journey is shown on the screen it shows up with the background canoe logo, on a pale cream background, with the writing in a white font. Due to the writing being white on top of pale cream, the writing is not legible. It appears to be a blank empty region of the screen.
Example of the screen showing this scenario:
Note: This issue may be observed for any guided learning journey (but in this particular case, it was reported against a guided learning journey which was linked to a learning page).
