In Classic View there is a reject button that allows the user to reject the actions previously taken. This same option is not available in Modern View.
This is a problem when a customer calls to modify the order and has had lines and changes to the order. If the customer changes their mind, there is no reject or cancel option to undo the changes, the only option is to unlock which makes the changes permanent.
