Importing Future Available Information (OCDSFA Periodic Function)

Client is testing OCSFA to update Pre-order Items. Why is this process not updating the Active PO Flag for Pre-oder Items?


DUPLICATION STEPS
---------------------------

1. Check that Use OROB for Fulfillment Assignment (M31) and Send B/O to OROB (K08) system control values set to Y and Order Broker Values (K15) set.
2. Check there is a periodic process FA with OCDSFA periodic function.
3. Configure OCDS Future Available URL (M49)
4. Set credentials for OCDS Future Available URL.
5. Check that future available web service are returning items with onorderquantity > receivedquantity.
6. Check those items are created in company XXX of Order Administration with the same RMS item number and Active PO flag not enabled.
7. Run process with OCDSFA periodic function sucessfully.
8. Check Enterprise Data Import History, there are entries for OCDSFA function.
9. Check those items in DINI and MITM, the Active PO flag is still not enabled.
10. Create orders for those items, they are immediately sent to Orchestration and become unfulfillable.
