Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition: Folder Does Not Appear in Agent Management (Doc ID 3031699.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description:

When viewing folders in Agent Management, folders that have agents in them are missing in the folder tree.

Note that if the user accessing Agent Management is not a Taleo BI Administrator, folders that are secured where the user does not have access to the folder will also not appear in Agent Management.
