Symptoms

24.R2 Release Updates which includes new subject areas as follows are not available :

NetSuite - Order to Cash - Revenue Recognition (Preview)
NetSuite - System Journal subject area
NetSuite - Statistical Journal subject area
NetSuite - Invoice Group subject area

Changes

 Updated to 24R2 is not showing the New subject areas
