Symptoms

Problem Description:

'Proposed Person Type' field in the Offer Assignment Section does not show any values and an error: java.lang.NullPointerException is displayed while editing the Offer.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. My Client Groups > Hiring > Job Offers
  2. Click on 'Edit Offer' for the required Offer
  3. error: java.lang.NullPointerException is displayed 
  4. Close the error and continue editing the offer
  5. There is no values shown for 'Proposed Person Type' field in the Assignment Section
