Education Section is not visible to the Recruiting Users in the Candidate Job Application page
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Hiring > Job Requisitions > Candidate Job Applications
- In the Key Highlights tab, the Education Section is not visible
