The P6 Team Usage Page Never Loads and the Page is Unresponsive (Doc ID 3031808.1)

Symptoms

In the P6 Web Projects view, the Team Usage function is not accessible and the page never loads.

The page goes into a "spinning" or "hanging" state.

When the system "hangs" trying to run Team Usage, the session has to be killed

After logging back into P6 Web, the below error is received:

503 Service Unavailable
No server is available to handle this request.
