Tax Line Autoaccounting Derived From Tax Jurisdiction Level When Using Tax Partner Integration (Doc ID 3031815.1)

Symptoms

When using Tax Partner Integration the Tax Accounting is derived from Tax Jurisdiction instead of Tax Rate

It is expected for the Tax line distribution to be derived from the Tax Rate Code reference accounts


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set reference accounts for Tax Rate Code
2. Set AutoAccounting to derive the accounts from Tax
3. Create transaction
