Symptoms

On : 24.04.06 version, Plugin Framework

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Plugin is not able to open in iFrame and does not load with error "Plugin is not loaded"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Plugin should be open and loaded in iFrame

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create an external plugin
2. configure the iFrame layout
3. create an action link to call an external URL
