Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Store Day not Audited due to Records_Rejected error of REOPEN transactions.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

REOPEN transactions should note get Records_Rejected
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Processed transactions for the 5th Dec for XXXX store in the below order
i. Sale Transaction --> Total --> Dclose --> Reopen --> Sale
2. The transactions are processed to ReSA except the Reopen saying the store is already open and the Reopen RTLOG is been rejected.
3. Processed DCLOSE for the store and executed the respective batches.
4. Store is fully closed with error pending, the error for the store day is RECORDS_REJECTED and the store is not audited
