Activity Cannot Be Added Between Other Existing Activities (Doc ID 3032662.1)

On : 23.D.11 version, Dispatch Console

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a technician has a short duration activity at the beginning of their route (usually an internal activity) and another internal activity around noon (usually lunch), attempting to add an additional internal activity between the tasks always results in the added task being pushed to the end of the route on the first try.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Activity should be positioned between the two existing activities the first time without the need to performing the add action a second time (or moving the said activity once created).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Dispatch console
2. Check for a technician who e.g. has a 15 minute Meeting at the beginning of their route (0800-0805 start time) and Lunch is positioned at noon (12-13 start time)
3. Add a Training activity using Position in Route #2 and start/end times of 0805-0810
4. Activity will be added AFTER the Lunch when it should be added before it.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Having to perform the same process more than once takes extra time and is frustrating to users, especially when they have to perform the same steps over and over for multiple techs.
