Goal

This document explains how to switch the language of the APEX Development Environment (the back-end)

This is independent from the APEX application language (the front-end), so for example, the APEX application
might be on English while one developer works in Spanish and other developer works in German.

If you want to set the language of the APEX application (front-end) instead, refer to this documentation.
